Oracle using 98% CPU or much memory on NT

Hi,



about once in 2 weeks our NT-server (SP5 - 128 MB) suddenly gets very
slow.Sometimes the OracleServiceMydatabase uses 98% CPU time, sometimes it
uses 400MB memory.



Stopping and starting the database solves the problem for another two weeks.



Any suggestions to solve this?
