If you are really keen on defrag tools, you need only defrag the discs once before creating the database files. Oracle database files are pre-created, so not subject to subsequent filesystem fragmentation effects.

(Unless you have autoextend files, of course, but then you have much bigger problems than a simple defrag performance hit).

Also, any disc which holds Oracle datafiles really ought to be dedicated to Oracle datafiles, which is another reason why fragmentation is irrelevant.
