Connecting with VB

We are starting a project using vb6 and Oracle 8i and seem to have 3 options for connecting to Oracle from VB.

  1. ADO + Oracle ODBC Driver
  2. ADO + OLE Db (Microsoft Oracle ODBC Driver)
  3. Oracle Objects 0040

Oracle Objects looks slick but most of the books seem to indicate that it is the least used method. Does anyone have strong reasons for using one over the other?

Thanks
