DBA work without console access - possible ?

I run a number of 8.1.5 instances on NT 4.0, sp5 boxes. I like to do everything in script (avoid use of OEM, whenever possible) and until now have had unrestricted access to the server consoles.

Now, the NT sys admin says that "ONLY HE IS ALLOWED CONSOLE ACCESS" !

So without using the server consoles, how do I:

  1. Create tablespaces ?
  2. export/import ?

Thanks,
Rock.
