Change IP client with Oracle 8.0.5 and NT 4.0

I´m sorry my english.

We need to change the IPs of our clients. Other applications have ran without problem.

It doing ping and tnsping80 to the server with the follow client IP configuration:

 Client with 11.0.0.182, 255.0.0.0 and gateway 62,200.138.25, file hosts in blank, it does ping and tnsping80 by 11.0.0.136 and 192.168.0.136.

 Client with 192.168.0.182, 255.255.255.0 and gateway 192.168.0.182 file hosts in blank, it does ping by 192.168.0.136 but it does´nt to the 11.0.0.136 and it doesn´t tnsping by 192.168.0.136 and 11.0.0.136.

The route print in the server is:
