Installation in Linux

Hi,


I installed Oracle816 for Linux in Red Hat 6.1. The installation looks 
good.No any error message. After installation, I go to $ORACLE_HOME/bin, 
run sqlplus, it can not be invoked, give me: Message file sql<lang>.msb 
not found, Error 6 initializing SQL*PLUS. Then I tried lsnrctl status, a 
lot of error messages.


Does anybody can help me?
