Date-Week conversion

Hi,

my problem is:
I get the number of a week and the year, and I need the MONDAY of this week. The problem is: The 1st of january can be in the last week of the year before or it can be in the first week of the new year.

Eg: if I have the week 1 of the year 2000 the monday of this week can be the dec, 27 1999 or the 3rd of january.

Maybe somebody can help and has build something else. Kind regards
