I'm with Sybrand on this one.

What has not knowing the username/password combo for the sample database got to do with ,for example,Tools.

Second the answer is in both the documentation, and the archives of this group at deja.com amongst other places. This suggests that the poster has not even tried looking for the answer to begin with.
