How does the User Kill a Stored Procedure Session?

Dear all,

I am testing a program which starts a stored procedure on the server, and wait for its completion. Sometimes the user may want to kill the stored procedure session for some reason, but there seems to be no method for the user to do it. I can see from Instance Manager that the session is still there, even when the user re-starts his or her PC.

Can you tell me the way for the user (not IT) to kill the session?

Thanks,
