CAN't InSTALL DEVELOPER 2000

I can't install the forms_runtime ! Every time I try to do this, windows95 gives an error in oiexec.dll. Can somebody help me? I'm student and need to hava this product installed very quickly, 'cause I've got an examination of it in 2 days. PLEASE HELP ME! Received on Fri Sep 01 2000 - 14:22:51 CDT
