Interactive Create User Script

I'm looking for an interactive SQL script that creates oracle user accounts.
I would like the script to 'loop back' and prompt the user for additional
accounts.  I have a script started using the usual PROMPT and ACCEPT but its
not exactly working the way I want.  HELP!
