Problem with DESIGNER 6.0

Hi

During using Designer 6.0 I tried to generate working form from a module definition. Unfortunately It was impossible because error occured that "can't load or doesn't exist 'cfg60.dll' " nevertheless this file exist in appriopriate folder.
What to do with this problem ?
Is it nessesary to install Forms 6.0 to solve this problem ? Thanks for reply
