Errors in OCI dlls on Windows 2000

I have develop application which uses OCI library. When I start it on Windows 2000 sometimes Visual Studio reports me exeption in kernell32.dll and detects memory leaks. When I start it on NT, I haven't any problem.

Does anyone know about this problem?
Does exist new version of OCI dlls for Win 2000?
