http://technet.oracle.com, go to "Software" and choose the ODBC driver from the pulldown. You'll have to grab the driver which corresponds to your Oracle client (i.e. 8.1.5.6 if you have an 8.1.5 (8i) client or 8.1.6.1 if you have an 8.1.6 (8i Release 2) client).
