This is a 2 for 1 attempt, hope it isn't too confusing.



I want to have dates displayed / handled in standard
Oracle format (e.g. 16-AUG-2000).



Also want to know how to remove a file


association in TOAD, so that double-clicking
the file in Windows does NOT bring up Toad.
