Any statistics regarding Developer usage?

Here's hoping that this hasn't been recently discussed and I've missed it:

Anyone know of a site which gives rough percentages of how much of the world is using (say) forms4.5, forms5.0, forms 6 ?

I appreciate that such statistics might be inaccurate, but I've heard that forms4.5 is dead in the water (everyone has moved on, apparently) and my gut feel is that this isn't so, so I'm looking for the stats. Thanks in advance,
