Go to oraclestore.oracle.com (also available as a link from www.oracle.com). At the bottom, there is a 'top sellers' section. Choose either std. or enterprise edition, & pick the trial license pricing. You will only pay for shipping. There is also a link @ the top of the page, 'trials' which says you can get a CD pack for 39.95. It's been about a year and a half since I did this, but that sounds familiar. One thing I remember is that I actually got printed documentation with the CD pack. Don't know if they're still doing it.
