Cache is full

Hi,

I have this error:

SQL> alter rollback segment rbs_estranews online; alter rollback segment rbs_estranews online *
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01599: failed to acquire rollback segment (30), cache space is full (currently has (29) entries)

But I have no idea why.
Can you help me?
