Assuming that your Metalink account isn't so screwed up that you can't create a TAR because you're listed as having no products. After posting my initial message and sending a 12th email to Metalink, I received an acknowledgement within 1 hour. Moral of the story: you have to scream very loudly in a public spot to get the support that you've paid for.

I really enjoy working with Oracle products and I think that they are the best around and I had been happy with the support - until about a month ago. Don't know what happened...
