X-Windows required for installing Oracle 8i Client on Sun Solaris??

Hello,

I found that on Sun Solaris, the Oracle 8 client only installs by means of the Universal Installer, requiring X-Windows. Even the silent install option requires it (complains about DISPLAY not set..).

Does anyone know how to skip X and install from the console or a telnet session?
