SQLLOADR, skipping Fields

Hi..All,

   I am downloading the data from sybase to load into Oracle DB. Now, all the data fields in the data file are not  required & its a variable length record. If the record looked like :

 Field1|Field2|field3|field4|field5|field6|field7|field8

 I want to pick only say, field1, field3, field7 & Field8. Is there any option in SQLLDR where I can specify which  fields are needed.
