PLEASE HELP ME - Migrate From Access DB

I have the last version of Oracle Enterprise edition, i must migrate my access database into Oracle db, but I don't know like to do it.

I try to explain me ....

I know that i must to use the Migrate Workbench with the Access AddIn, but when the utility ask me user, password and service i don't know why I have the error "Listener .... Service_Name....".

Before to try with Migrate WorkBench i have configured Net8 Assistant with a new servicename and the Listener .... maybe i loose something else for create a database migrated from access ??

I use system, manager like user and password

Do you know some weblink with this type of information ?
