Two problem, One costing at concurrent users was ok. Ratio was 5+ to one license. now it is a named user one for one i.e. your cost goes up automatic 5+ times.
Two, we already paid for the product but now we are upgrading the hardware we have to pay again not a 15% maintenance but full price less discount $750.00 for each additional NAMED user above the 32 concurrent we now have.
