I upgraded the ODBC drive to 8.0.5.8.0 (it was 8.0.5.0.0 before). Now, the ASP pages are producing an error:

        error 'ASP 0115'

        Unexpected error

        /services/eocentral/eoc-login.asp

        A trappable error occurred in an external object. The script cannot continue running.

As least this gives me something tangible to research.
