Oracle 8i 1.5 Enterprise Manager

Installing Oracle 8i 8.1.5 EE on NT4.0 is OK. I can create a Database
with the the utility. When I try to start the Admin tools, it just
quits on me. 



    
  
  1.   Why does this happen ?
  
  2.   Is there a set of utilities like OEM for 8i ?
  
  3.   Can I use the Oracle 8 8.0.5 EE tools like OEM on 8i ?
