Problems with Oracle8i(German) and Designer6 (English)

Hi,

I tried to install an Oracle 8i (8.1.5.) database and after that Designer6. The database is installed with German language support, Designer6 only offers English language support.
All worked well unless I tried to "Install" a new repository in the repository
manager. All privileges and tablespaces etc. were prechecked with an OK.

Thank you for some tips.
