To upload a spreadsheet full of data into an Oracle table you could use Oraxcel. I've implemented Oraxcel such that errors (due to constraint violations e.g.) are recorded next to a row. It will collect all errors at the top of the spreadsheet so you can find/fix/repost the rows in error more easially.
