Go to the Oracle Documentation and choose Oracle 815. One of the smaller manuals (Getting Started?) has a complete comparison matrix in chapter 5. We just got a price quote and the enterprise edition was six times as much as the standard edition - $60,000 vs. $10,000. For us, the extra features didn't come close to justifying that kind of difference.
