   I use OEM and I like it, on the whole. The newer versions for 815 and 816 are written in Java so don't even think of running them with anything much less than a P600. Oracle keeps introducing nice features. I have had some problems scheduling RMAN jobs to run in OEM for 815.

   While simpler, the older version of OEM (1.60) without tuning packs is also a very stable tool for working with one database at a time.

   I wrote my own PowerBuilder tool to look at multiple databases simultaneously and it connects faster than OEM. It allows me to look at say, the users or thrown extents on fifteen databases simultaneously in around the same time it would take me to look at one database in OEM.
