I need PL/SQL code for the following:

I have a table [AANNVRAAG] with these attributes:

# ID
* INVOER_DATUM

OMSCHRIJVING
START_DATUM
STATUS
BEDRIJFSNAAM
CONTACTPERSOON
E-MAIL o DUUR o EIND_DATUM

When a person fills in the form with these attributes and saves the form, I want this form to be e-mailed to the person filled out in the attribute [E-MAIL]. Please send your response to marty.anthonio_at_ucc.nl
