I'm looking for input on which book(s) I should get to bootstrap myself from the Oracle 7.x environment into Oracle 8. My current skill set and areas of expertise are (in no particular order):

  o PL/SQL
  o Pro*C
  o smattering of DBA experience

I have no immediate use for the various 2000-series tools, or Financials, or the like. I've already got a copy of "Migrating to Oracle8i" by Austin & Thakkar; it's not precisely what I was looking for.
