Try to catch hold of the latest Oracle Installer program (Oracle Installer 3.3.1.1.0) and install it in
your local drive. Use this Oracle Installer under the group "Oracle for Windows 95" to install the rest of the Program (Select the "win95.prd" file using the "from" option in the Software Asset Manager" Window.
This should fix it.
