trying doing a startup mount, then recover datafile '/u02/oradata/orcl/rbs01.dbf'. This should clean it up enough to let you open the database. If not, check your ALERT log to see if you can get any additional information, perhaps exactly which rollback segment is corrupted. You could then comment that rollback segment out of you init.ora file and startup the database. Then drop and recreate the corrupted one.
