oracle technet offers a migration-console or something like that

anyway, t-sql and pl/sql are different in many ways: mssql allows stored procs to return rowsets. oracle of course not: you return a packaged cursor.. oracle knows packages, functions and a has an ada or pascal-like language. tsql? ...

ms has papers for our direction but the real problems are covered with "not supported" statements.

would be nice if you would report your experiences with the oracle-migration-tools
