Oracle has two packs you can buy for $39.95 each. Together, you'll get maybe 40 CDs with everything - Oracle, OEM, Designer, Developer, OAS, WebDb and much, much more. If you have a T1 line and lots of time and lots of extra disk storage you could download some of the products but why bother?
