Newbie Question on Snapshots...

I'm trying to create a snapshot under Oracle 7.3.2 that will refresh at a
particular time daily (2AM), either as Force or FAST, but I'm confused about
the exact syntax to use with Create Snapshot to make this occur daily and at
the specific time. Any help is appreciated.
