OAS + Apache

Hi!

i have OAS ver 4.0.8.1 and apache 1.3.12 compiled with oracle

problem:
when i start apache as root OAS not comunicate with apache in apache error log:

yocORBBind throws an exception(IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0) Wed Mar 29 15:31:20 2000] [error] (9)Bad file number: OAS Adapter: yocORBBind throws an exception - IDL:omg.org/CORBA/COMM_FAILURE:1.0

when i start apache as oraweb user then [crit] (13)Permission denied: make_sock: could not bind to port 80

when i change port above 1024
everything ok

some ideas?
