Hardware Configurations for SUN systems

I need to develope an understanding about SUN hardware configuration, as I am a PC guy,
and am very new in Unix (Solaris), in my new job as DB consultant I need to have a reliable
knowledge about SUN hardware to create and maintain oracle databases in size upto terabytes
Any recommendations about what should be the hardware configuration for Terabyte databases,
would be appreciated, are there any websites, books, etc that can help you develope this
understanding.
