PLEASE HELP!!!

I am not having much luck on getting answers on how to create a WEBDB site link that will execute an ORACLE REPORTS paramter form and when the user clicks run, the results of that report (1 or more pages) will come up in the browser!!! The WEBDB doco talks about this RW_ADMINISTRATOR ORACLE REPORTS security. I DO NOT see it in my list of Roles???? Can someone please help or point me to some documentation on the subject!!

Anyhelp will be much much appreciated!!!
