Sorry to relocate a thread but...

This is a long running argument on the DBI-Users mailing list and I would like some input from this news group as to their opinions on Oracle licencing when connected to the internet (or internets with known numbers of users) via a web server with known limits and the most economical way of achieving this.

There is some debate as the the exact limitations of the Oracle Licences and their pricing policy.
