Oracle 8i Data Manager installation ...

Hi,

I have successfully installed Oracle8i 8.1.5 alongwith OEM 2.0.4. Now I would like to import some data from Oracle 7.3.4. But I cant seem to locate Data Manager. I am a newbie and I am having hard time locating tools. Oracle8 is much easier to install and use. Can someone please point me in the right direction. I have tried to locate Data Manager archive on OTN but no luck.
It it on the same CD as Oracle8i or another CD?
