Error VXA-2016 : Repository credential not specified

Hi,

After installaion of OEM 2.0.4, I tried to run OEM service it failed without giving any
error and did not start. I tried to start it from the console using the following command:
C:>oemctrl start OMS sysman/oem_temp_at_ERNST-YSYEVX4LZ<ENTER> Command return error: Error starting Oracle Management Server. VXA-2016 : repository credential not specified.

Can somebody please help me to fix this problem? Thanks in advance.
