converting tsql stored procedures to plsql?

Hello:

I will be working on an application that will be converted from mssql 6.5, sp 4 to Oracle 8.0.5.
And besides the data, the stored procedurs need to be rewritten from. mssql 6.5, sp4 tsql to orcle 8.05, plsql.

I am looking for information on :

1. I s there a utility that can convert tsql to plsql directly?

2)I realize the logic of the stored procdure must be scrutinized and perhaps rewritten but if just the code could be converted, that would be a giant step.

Has any one done this conversion --either manaually or via a utility? Can you share any experiences?

Any information that can be provided will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
