Hi,

You may find useful a Oracle Codes and Messages help file I've compiled. It is called OraCodes. You can download it from

http://www.oraxcel.com

A cursor is used to access data in a database. You can explicitly open/fetch/close cursors or Oracle will do it for you.

I recommend you to contact the supplier of the software about the error.
