Resources for Web developement and Oracle.

Looking for recommended resources to learn web development using either JavaScript or ASP with Personal Oracle for our small office. (I am alread familiar with JavaScript and ASP, just looking for info on developement with Oracle on NT Server with IIS4.0). My needs are simple, update a database with the contents of a CSV file (this part I already have done), then display the contents onto a web page based on a single field search.
