ORA-06413 SQLSetConnectAttr failed

I got the error message "ORA-06413 Connection not open.  Driver's
SQLSetConnectAttr failed." while trying to do a keyed import using UPS
WorldShip software (which is written in Microsoft Access 2000.



The solution was to upgrade to SQL*Net Client 2.3.4.0.2.
