migrating access to oracle

Hello,



We are moving from Access to Oracle 8i. I have to migrate all the data
across the 2 DB's. I am not very familiar with Oracle. Can someone
please tell me how I would do this? Can Oracle read .mdb files?
Any help would be much appreciated.
