Hi there,

Make all OAS-related services start under the user who installed OAS (an NT administrator, preferably different from the administrator who installed the RDBMS or the developer server - that is IF you have DB or developer installed).

IE SPECIFIC USER and not just "System".

I would also suggest having the Node Manager service to "Automatic".
