Oracle Web Applications - ISBN 1565926870 - a good short overview with several appliactions to try using the PL/SQL cartridge.

Oracle Application Server Web Toolkit Reference - ISBN 0078824338 - a longer book with more information and things to try, again using mostly the PL/SQL cartridge but with some info on Java, JavaScript and LiveHTML.

Oracle8i Web Applications - ISBN 0072122420 - a longer book with one chapter on everything from Security to using Designer to produce web forms.
