Oracle Migration Assistant for MS Access is a migration utility that accompanies Oracle 8.x (not quite sure of the exact dot release). I have it on my machine and it works very well.

There is a similar add-on utility (Scriptoria) for migrating MS Access to IBM DB/2 V6. Hope this helps.
